What makes IMBUILDING (intimate muscles building) so effective?

This training was developed over 30 years ago and has helped hundreds of thousands women around the world with such conditions as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, painful love making, painful periods, lack of orgasms to name a few…

In the core of the training lays coordination of different groups of pelvic floor muscles that we learn how to use independently from each other, as well as together. We add correct internal and external resistance to the muscles with the help of unique intra-vaginal training device. We learn the importance of breath and natural bio-feedback (muscle-brain-muscle communication), and last but not least, we always work with the energetical aspect of this sacred region.

The result? Healthy, strong and flexible pelvic floor and vaginal muscles that we can voluntarily control, with all everyday life benefits from that!

We believe that womens intimate health is one of the most important things in the world, without any exaggeration!!! And sadly, one of the most neglected one too!

In this three day retreat we will learn everything that every woman should have learned at school, but never did.

Retreat Accommodation:

Beachfront Mexican style resort in Playa Blanca. This beautiful setting is 15 minutes from the Zihuatanejo airport. Casa de le Luna accommodates 11 guests in 4 rooms, the units are true Mexican feel, with a dipping pool, common kitchen, walking distance to restaurants.

We will pick you up from the airport and settle you into your rooms. Price per night based on double occupancy is $1300 pesos/night. We may, dependent on numbers room you with a 3rd guest.

Food: You may purchase a food package that’ll include a 1 litre smoothie or juice, fresh fruit, and a vegetarian lunch for $500 pesos/day. The evening meal is in a local restaurant and will be at participants expense.
